1. Photo of stranger on a dark background (pick someone that is interesting in dress and might tell a story with the what they have on or how they stand - sometimes a little says a lot)

2. Pick a spot that has an interesting background. Wait for something or someone to happen pass. Will not get the best photo in one shot so bracket. Choose the best composition to print. Do not tell this person that you are photographing. We call this street photography. Take a look at examples here.
